I am a counsellor working with specific experience and understanding of Stress and Anxiety and many other issues that relate to and arise from underlying anxiety. I work from a broad perspective and insight of what it is like for a person to have to live with stress and anxiety on many different levels, and the often co existing emotional and physical problems that embody the fabric of a persons experiences.
Stress and Anxiety are the response to our thoughts, feelings and fears that relate to our beliefs surrounding our internal and external world. These responses can often manifest and display different levels of Anxiety and certain disorders such as General Anxiety Disorder (GAD) Panic Disorder, Obsessional Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD) Phobias, Obsessional thoughts, Pure O, Health anxiety to name but a few, the list goes on.
This can often lead to feelings of low self worth, problematic decision making, anger issues, depression and many other unhealthy thoughts feelings and coping mechanisms.
Anxiety can often be confusing and misunderstood by a person, leading to turmoil as to the reasons behind their suffering. This is where l feel I can help you with a time sensitive approach with the aim of mind and body balance.
With this in mind the work would be centred around your own pace and individual needs to bring about new skills that you will be able to use and adapt for a more calm and rational way of living your life.
